Multi-tenant isolation

Every record is scoped to your workspace at the database layer — one tenant can never read another's candidates, jobs or files. Covered by automated isolation tests.

Encrypted at rest & in transit

Resume files, OAuth tokens and integration secrets are encrypted on disk (Fernet) and stored per-tenant under unguessable IDs. All traffic is HTTPS, with nightly encrypted database backups.

Hardened file uploads

Every CV is validated by file signature (not just extension) and scanned for macros, embedded JavaScript/launch actions and executables before it's ever parsed.

AI prompt-injection defense

Resumes, emails and transcripts are sanitized and sandboxed before any AI call, so hidden “ignore previous instructions” tricks can't sway a score or decision.

Strong account security

TOTP two-factor for owners and admins, Argon2 password hashing, HttpOnly session cookies, and instant session revocation on logout or password change.

Audit log & spend guard

An append-only audit trail of sensitive actions, CSRF protection and security headers, plus a per-tenant daily AI budget cap so automation can't run away with your costs.
