Do I need a credit card to sign up?: No. The Free plan is — and always will be — free, no card needed. We only ask for billing details when you upgrade.
Can I switch plans later?: Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period — you keep your current plan until then.
What happens if I exceed a quota on the Free plan?: Existing data stays. You'll see a clear 'Upgrade to add more' prompt when you try to create the next job, candidate, or interview.
Is my candidates' data safe?: Each tenant's data is isolated by tenant_id at the database level. We use Mistral and ElevenLabs APIs but don't share your data with anyone else. See our Privacy policy for details.
Can I cancel anytime?: Yes. Click 'Manage subscription' in Billing to open the Stripe Customer Portal, where you can cancel or change card details.
Do you offer annual billing or discounts?: Not yet, but we will. If you're a startup with under 10 employees and want a discount, email founders@symprio.com.
