Subprocessors

HireOps AI uses a small set of third-party services ("subprocessors") to deliver the product. We share only the data each service needs for its function, and only when the related feature is in use. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your recruiting data to train AI models.

Self-hosted components
Some integrations run on infrastructure we control rather than a third-party SaaS — for example the optional self-hosted WhatsApp gateway (WAHA). These are not external subprocessors. ATS/HRIS connectors (Greenhouse, Lever, Merge, and similar) are not active subprocessors unless you explicitly connect them.
Changes & notification
We may add or replace subprocessors as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date above. For a Data Processing Agreement, a security questionnaire, or advance notice of subprocessor changes, contact privacy@symprio.com.
